Normal Deceleration Popping?

Can someone direct me to a link or to somewhere I can purchase the hook up cable. Also where is the hookup for the ecu

I have a 2005 with TOR's, cat delete and triple K&N's and have close to 80,000kms on the beast and regularly get 300 kms per tank when touring (and having to keep the Polack's tail lights in sight so I don't get lost). Must be the traffic that is killing your gas mileage. I live less than an hour north of you. I only ever use 87 octane.

Dam straight traffic is bad. It takes 50 minutes to get to my office, only 15km away.

Bought mine on Ebay. Do a search for Triumph ODBII Cable (it has a silver wire and blue connector) The connector is under the seat.

I have a 2006 standard modified and i do not give a ..blip about fuel economy I bought it for the power I understand fuel must be poured in the engine I stop to refuel when I need to pee that is about how I check for fuel remaining..to each its own .

Just installed Carpenter Sidewinders on my roadster.
After installation, engine light came on which is unferstandable. The next day, light stayed on about 15 minutes then went off.
Does the ecm auto recalibrate itself on 2012 r3r with abs?
After light went off, bike runs better it seems and minimal popping on decel now

Poping on decel shows that you are running lean which is common with modern day engines to meet EPA regs, get a better tune on your bike and stop engine braking from 3000 to 1500rpm hopefully you are doing it on quiet roads and not in town with traffic it is bad enough today with all the distractions that car drivers have and you not showing any brake lights

just my opinion for what its worth=1cent
when u r coasting down normally the cat would burn that fuel but if u remove the cat and replace with bigger tubes in the mufflers then u do not have the cats to burn the fuel and u have bigger pipes so they are capable of pulling in air when u are off the throttle which makes the perfect mixture for the backfire.
if i do not want to hear it i pull in the clutch i would think that putting more fuel in that u do not use would just be a waste.
