Did you pull it up? Actually some are "dyno" guys - Not all of them, but there are some on the list that are dyno experts.
(I haven't actually pulled up ones in your area, but found some here in Tejas)
Maybe I didn't word my last response very well. Since we don't know for sure yet if the issue with my bike is a tuning issue (we can't yet totally rule out bad hardware), I need to find someone who is familiar with working on Rockets...it may not be a tune/dyno issue at all...

Right on Sir, I was just adding that info in response to your mention of not being able to find a dyno expert in your area. I see that is not the direction you are heading now, just FYI for if you want/need a dyno shop in the future.

Okay, I have the cable, now I just need to get the tuneECU program loaded onto this old laptop (man, this thing is a dinosaur, I didn't think it would even power up, but it did)...so once I get the program downloaded, what's the next step?
