Sturgis???

sturgis

i may be kicking myself for doing this but here goes does anybody have any advice on how to convince my wife that i need to go to stugis this year i have been married for 29 years to her been together since 1974 and would like to stay married

Here you go.. I rode to Sturgis in 2002 as part of my 'Bachelor party'.. then came home and got married on Aug 17th.. :) I rode up from Shreveport, LA with my best man, James.. and we had a great time. My wife and I then rode my bike up to Hot Springs, AR for a week for our honeymoon. She used one saddle bag, and I used the other. It was such a good time. We (James, myself and another friend, Mike) rode back up to Sturgis in 2006, and plan to ride up again next year in 2013..

I haven't been married as long as you, but coming up on 10 years next month and still going strong.. :) People always ask if we've been together long.. lol

Oh.. and if you're going, you have to ride.. Too many pusses trailer up to Nebraska, stay in a hotel.. and ride 2 hours to Sturgis and claim they rode there. There is so much more to the ride there and back, that is the main part of the experience.

Poor guy, my wife tells me to go.....we've been married since '93. :)

If ya been married for 29 years she should trust ya
It's a week after 29 years you should get a week
Hell after 29 years how do you know she don't need a break
Just ask her if she wants to go
When she says no
Look her in the eye and say well I asked see ya in a week
If she says yes
Tell her you will meet her there :)
