Rockets Across America VI

Now Lupe, I promise that I will talk more next time. Might even learn some Spanish between now and then. I cant help it that I'm quiet. I have found that you learn more by listening.
You talked enough to compensate for me anyway.;)

If any of you good people need a place to stay while passing through Louisiana just let me know in advanced.

Rainman PLEASE come stay for a month. We are in a drought. I will feed you well.:D
I will not edit the video then, there is some spanish in there that you can practice,
Josey, i belive you are there too, not sure, have to check on that one,BTW,,, exelent moonshie you had there:D:D

will I be invited next year since I don't have a rocket anymore?

Life is full of tough decisions. Triumph riders are Triumph riders, even when they walk. We do not judge thee based upon your choice of new ride. I pray that you find the peace that you are seeking.

I got a HD Road Glide Ultra.

I've had so many issues w/ the R3T...
I was so worried it was going to break down, it just about ruined my time at the RAA.
Then yesterday morning, it did break down. I'm guessing it was the ignition switch again, but don't really know or care anymore.
I'm glad for y'all that mine was the exception and most have not had the problems mine has had, but I couldn't take it anymore.

The important thing is you are still on two wheels ... and the rocket allowed you to develop friendships with lots of people that will last much longer than any bike make or model ...Have fun On your trip and enjoy the new bike.......

I think you made a wise decision. Once you have lost faith in something I don't think you ever get that back. Triumph still has some quality issues. Maybe your bike was built on the 3rd shift where all the drunks and druggies try to land, I don't know. Yours isn't the first one I have heard of that was plagued with problems. Did you look into the "lemon law" ? Anyway, hope you enjoy your new ride! As far as not being invited, I can't imagine anyone having a problem with that. It was nice to meet you and your wife. Look forward to riding with you again! Fred

Saw one of those being taken off the BRP on Thursday on a roll back and on it's side, probably that famed HD high speed wobble I hear about. They are all machines designed by humans and neither are infallible. They are like wives or girlfriends, if you abuse them they will leave you.
