HELP!!

OK, so a little problem has arisen. Somewhere along the line the frame changed a bit from the first pic to the second. I thought the only difference was the hole size (13MM to 8MM), but turns out that there's a "nub"sticking down (white arrow) on later models that prevents the rear bracket from being seated properly. Does anyone know when the frame changed from 1st pic to 2nd?
ALSO can anyone tell me when they changed the sump drains from front/back to both on the bottom?

I want to make these usable for all Rockets, but as of now they'll only work on earlies models
(before indicated changes)

A little help?

These adapters deserve their own discussion thread with its own headline, I almost missed the whole thing.

I guess the R3 Touring has the newer style also on it's frame, it's an 8 mm hole on that one too.

These are very cool though. I already have a massive armor plate of an adapter and basically never have to hoist the bike away from home but having the option might be nice.

Yeah, the big blue lift is operated with a power drill. It's a long long bolt that you spin to raise or lower the bike. Kind of an interesting approach, though I think I'll stick with hydraulics.

New JBQ is ready for the 2009 & up R3. Rear bracket has been redesigned to fit the variation in the rear frame, and front has been narrowed and notched to clear the redesigned sump drains.
