They don't do phone calls. You will need to create an email "ticket".

I happily use Woolich for Japanese bikes. But for Triumphs I can see no real advantage in it. And even if you already got the hardware, you still need to buy a licence for each bike. Only thing is the autotune feature.

The biggest advantage I can see is , assuming the software is like the current WRT software, I will be able to use a 22" screen and a mouse instead of a stylus. This will save enough time to pay for the licence.

ODBLink and Penner map is a lot cheaper and easier to use whilst achieving most of that, at least for me.
