Hi there

Mike (Portsmouth) here and I thought that I would introduce myself as a new Rocket for QLD.

I tried to attend the Rockets Downunder up in Hervey Bay over the weekend to meet other like minded owners but for some reason thought it ran from Friday through to Sunday and so arrived at 4.00pm Saturday afternoon.

So, I missed out but the cruise back was fantastic and I even rode the gateway bridge with two other Captains which incidentally, were the first two R3's I've had the pleasure of riding with.

Looking forward to meeting more since I now know we have the highest number of Rockets in Australia.
Mate it did run from Friday to Sunday  ... like Bruce said 4pm Saturday we were all back at base camp ;). Don't know how you could have missed us , the joint we all stayed at was chockers with Rocket 3'S.

G'day all
I've been around for a while but i'm just a bit slack with posting. you will find me at 42degrees south, Hobart is close enough.Cheers Duncan

Doubled our numbers in Tassie overnight. We are coming up fast!!

Welcome Albatross, suddenly I do not feel so lonely!!

Have a Mate (Macca) round the corner who also has a R3 but he is not a PC kinda bloke.

Cheers
Stephen

Stephen,
we are not alone, Hipporider from the other site lives down Huonville way, a Taspol officer has one, another down at South Arm, from memory there was a supercharged roadster at Franklin, and a couple of others. Don't know about Northern Tas. We are all a bit slack with correspondence.
Regards,
Duncan
