What do I do ?????

I would like to put a Zard system on mine, the shorty one sits just in front of the rear wheel, only ever heard it on you tube. Anyone out there had any experience of these??

I have always thought them Staintune pipes for the Roadster look much better the the OEM water heaters I must admit I have never heard them though. Like I said it really matter how much of a power gain you want .

I had Staintune on another bike. Quality stuff - but too quiet.

The suggestion about keeping the stock header and installing two (or three) reverse cone megaphones is the best bang for the buck and best sound.

I have CES with their muffler with 2 inch baffle. Sounds good to me. CES now supplies 2-1/4 baffle as this makes about 5 more hp and ftpd. My muffler is about 3-1/2 inch's longer than the one they supply.

Well - I made my decision. CES black ceramic headers and their slash cut muffler, and RamAir Kit. Done.

I really appreciate everyone's input and advice. Great forum. Will send pics when all is finished.

Love this bike. My Diavel and Road Glide are getting jealous. :)

With the right tune that combination should produce about 165hp and 165ft-pd.

My apologies to the Diavel, but the Road toad can just go kick rocks :D

Yep - will have local Dallas, TX Sabines Performance dyno and tune.

Thanks all for taking time to assist me.

That's who Nev recommends which means they got to be good. You ought to ask him if he thinks any particular can would be better. Especially if you explain to him what your looking for. He is a master of the cycle stuff.
He can point out the pro's and con's of muffler can shapes and how to pull power and I am pretty sure the CES header is very adaptable to many styles.

In fact I think the only negative thing I can say about Nev is, he does not live in the USA where I can take my bikes to him :)
