Valkyrie questions

Never had any problems with mine in 10 years. Then again, I didn't have that many miles on it. I had a service manual for it, but I'm not sure what I did with it. The only thing I did to it was pull the manifolds as there is an O ring between the manifold and the head that sometimes will leak with age sucking a little air. I just did mine as a precaution since I was replacing my manifolds anyway. My old set had a little pitting from collecting moisture in the winter. I bought a used set off eBay. If I ever run across the manual I'll send it to you.

I am still working out/finding the gadgets my Kawasaki 1400 GTR has I must read the manual one day ,

There is a guy down by me that lives on the ocean that owns a Valkyrie. It really didn't click until i saw the picture C Ken posted. For the past 8 years he's kept it outside a stones through from the ocean never covers it. It's been poured on by rain and exposed to the elements every year, he only stores it for three months out of the year during winter. Every year it runs like a top. I'll post a picture of it next time i ride by his house...Here it stands three days of rain and the Valk weathers each and every storm.
