There is a nice 06' Rocket for sale nearby. 30,000 miles for $4,000. I went and looked at it. I would have bought it but the guy told me it had shat out its third gear about 10,000 miles ago. Who knows the skill level of the guy who repaired it. I don't need another time bomb right now. I also don't really need two bikes. When the Rock is back together, the Valk will likely go bye bye next spring. I'm sure I can get back what I paid for it.
 
Nice bike. I have always liked the Valk Interstate and would love to have one for a second bike so when the pretty pillion wants to go. Keep the rocket for speedy days alone.
 
Grand Poobah ; I have the Clymer & Honda Service Manuals for your Valkie. Sold mine recently. Also have an electric fuel shut off valve to prevent the hydrolock, a carb synching digital gadget and a few other spares. RU interested?

I can bring them to RAA in a few weeks and you can check the stuff out.
