Anyone know actual size for the oil drain plug O'Ring for R3? looking to change my oil as the dealership is 300km away. Also if you have link to Amazon would be greatly appreciated.

Thank you.

I know you're not supposed to but I reuse the washers for at least a couple of times before replacement. I have a spare set left over from my old Rocket for backup. From what I can tell the old Rocket washers are the same as on the new model

I looked up the washer size (I'll need some soon as well) & found what you're looking for. Triumph part number T35589879 Dims: 14.4 x 23 x 3 is the size of the aluminium washer. Appears Triumph uses this as a standard type washer over many models. See part of the fitment spec I copied.

I found some, only difference is 1mm thinner than OEM(3mm). I hope the different thickness will not cause an issue. 🤞
I would not do that. it could become a subject to overtorque to compensate for 1mm.

These washers are available at most placed with overnight shipping

As we are on the subject of crush washers, the drain plug on the final drive. I recently changed the oil on my 2009/10 final drive and when I dropped the oil, I couldn’t find a crush washer on the bolt or in the recess. Is there supposed to be one there?
Incidentally I have always used copper crush washers on all my bikes drain plugs, as you can re-anneal them a few times.

I have never replaced a plug washer on any of my bikes, not done an oil change on the R3 yet, and never had an issue.
