The oil leak got me.

At best there's 1 possibly 2 that I could see. It may be possible to get at them with a swivel extension

Can you direct me to that picture please.
Several photos here. It's a very easy area to get to to inspect. Fix is two o'rings (if this is your problem). If you can't source them I'll send you some.

Oof, looks like it's coming from the oil tank cover.
The air plenum catches oil from the crankcase vent and has a small clear rubber bulb at the bottom right to catch excess. It's also possible oil is coming from that area.

If the gear position sensor, in my experience, it will initially look like the bolts holding on the sump may be loose. I actually tightened mine (a few were a little loose) before discovering the GPS was leaking.

The valve cover gasket could be it if they didn't seat it or torque it properly at the factory. This has been an ongoing bugger with the 2.3s, but maybe Triumph has done a better job with the gasket with the 2.5s. In either case you need to torque down in order and to spec.

Just throwing this out there
If you overfill the oil it will suck it in the filter and either suck it in to the engine or leak it out.
