New Rocket III Roadster Review

Our R3 forum in Sweden had a preview of the Roadster last friday, looks good!

I wonder if any thing is different depending on where it's exported to. Different specs for different countries requirements.

According to the official 2010 catalog i just got last weekend, the R3T has a 5.9 USG and the Rocket III Roadster has the 6.3 USG tank. This catalog is from the IMS show last weekend in Greenville, S.C.

Just got back from an hour ride....life is good.

Thats the same as they were before, so nothin has changed in the tank dept.

I just stepped off mine as well, cars aren't used to seeing bikes on the road yet, **** near got clipped a couple times by a-holes on the phone.

The low fuel light came on at 88 miles and I was gettin pissed at it since I had bent the float rod last summer so it wouldn't come on so soon. Then I stopped for gas and it took $13 to fill up,.... I had forgotten about all the idling it's been doing in the garage the last two months.

Now if you wanted to make some noise take the baffles out of those puppies! I love megaphones.

This company made the t-bird sound so good I'm wondering if they make exhaust for the Rocket?

Checked with Baxter's today about windscreen, crash bars and jar convertability, they will get the low down at the dealer meeting the 3rd week of Feb. Of course Randy would make me a heck of a deal for my slightly used 12k 2008 standard, I am really tempted...

Now which color, matte or shiny black?
