brits that have seen this in person at nec all feel the mufflers are way out of balance (read fck me those are logs) on the bike..
course if the evo would ever get made....
any news on the 2010 wing mono.. honda wasnt at the nec in the uk.

Lazarus, no, not a thing on the new Gold Wing. Honda keeps pretty good secrets, probably won't see it, at the earliest, till May but more than likely September.

I've got plenty of time, I'm still betting on the R3T will be the one.

Road Test

I posted a roadtest a short time ago...the guy testing the bike said...the cat was now in the exhaust end cans. And this made room for the abs.

Next person that looks a the R3 Roadster, see of the rails for the foot pegs will mount up to a standard R3. If they haven't changed the mounts on the motor I should be able to buy all the hardware and get my feet whereI like em..
At least that's my plan.

I think the article linked has the tank size wrong. I don't think Triumph changed the tank, meaning it should still be 6.3, not 5.3. The new riding ergos read like they'll be pretty nice too. Speaking of peg mounts, one thing I really like with Triumphs are their forward pegs. They're forward, but not so much that you feel like a clam or that you lose the feel of the bike or balance. That's my biggest gripe with Harley ergos. Their forward controls are WAY too forward for my liking. They're so far forward, you lose feel. Of course, most Harley riders don't understand feel and response anyway (other than the Bud Light buzz they get when they ride to the local bar).
