Engine sputtering and backfiring

I'm just going to take the bike to Triumph and let them deal with it. I just don't feel comfortable messing around with all of this stuff I know little to nothing about. FWIW, I don't think the issue has anything to do with vacuum lines or coil connections as I don't believe either of those things would cause it to run poorly only at the very specific portion of the throttle movement area where the issue is occurring. It seems to me if there was a bad coil connection or a bad/leaking vacuum line, the engine would run poorly at all RPMs and all throttle positions. I still think it's either a tuning issue, or something is wrong with the TPS. But like I said, I don't know enough about the bike yet to sort this issue out, so I'm taking it to Triumph...

Here is my latest map if anyone wants to see if there is anything here that might be causing the issue...

That's what I'd be doing as well .. fix and repair what I feel confident doing .. learnt the hard way I'm not actually a factory authorised mechanic ;)

Sometimes i wonder if the ones at the dealerships are either and if they are the standards are pretty low because half of them would struggle to do up their own shoe laces .............just saying

Same thing happening in my bike too!! 2012 rocket 3!!:(:(!!! I think the engine is running lean!! Sometimes its annoying!! Iam going to vex and sell this for a ducati diavel:banghead::banghead:

Three weeks ago I bought a 2013 Roadster that I'm having an issue with. The bike has ram air, and TORS exhaust with a crossover pipe (the one from Australia). The bike also has been professionally dyno tuned. Shortly after buying the bike I noticed it was doing two things. Originally I thought they were separate issues, but now I believe they may be related. When accelerating slowly, the engine sputters and misses (and sometimes even backfires) with the throttle position just above idle. It's most noticeable when shifting, but yesterday I was able to hold the throttle position right at the spot it occurs for a good 2-3 seconds and the engine was missing like crazy, and it backfired. The other thing it's doing is sputtering, pretty much in any gear from 2nd on up, when holding the throttle in a steady position with the RPMs between about 2500 and 3000. The engine seems to run fine at idle, and at any other throttle position other than just above idle. WOT it runs fine. The person that tuned it made a new map as he saw an area of the old one that was a little lean, but the new map didn't fix the problem. Any idea what could be causing this? Thanks.

Even though I'm one of the most technically ignorant members Rocket-wise, I suggest you consider this: the manual states that poor throttle response at low rpm's is often due to low fuel pressure caused by filter blockage/leaks or by loose fuel pipes to the pump and filter. Also, why not check the 3 Ramair connections to the throttle bodies to be sure none have become unseated?
