Dyno runs charts are 2 years apart.
Both Dyno are from Different Businesses. Not the same Dyno machine.
Dyno1 was ran during Summer July, Dyno2 was run today in Nov.
Dyno run 1 is with Werkes Exhaust + Penner Tune + Stock Headers
Dyno run 2 is with Open Exhaust + Penner Tune + 2.5inch headers+ No oxygen sensor
Please provide your inputs and tell me recommendations/advice

Doesn't seem like it made much difference. The 160 torque number seems like a fluke after shutdown, drum spin. Looks to be more around 135 to 140 before that anomaly.

what I dont understand is throttle response on the bike with open headers is way better than before, huge difference, I move throttle at any gear and it goes which was not the case before.
Second, with open headers my MPG has gone 30% down than before so I need 30% more gas per fill if I want to go same distance as I was going in one tank before open headers.
I would say the data doesn't mean much because there were too many variables. To have real meaning you need to have a run, make the changes and then make the run again in a much shorter period of time.
