Dyno numbers - 2.5inch Headers vs Stock headers

More air out, more air in, more air in, more fuel. Better cylinder evacuation, before it probably didn’t empty completely, thats why a good tune will dial in the timing and get the fuel right.

I would love to see what Konrad could do with this bike. I will just wait patiently for Paul’s system and then we will find out. @sunny Are you located near TN?

Youre gonna be close to 200hp. Torque will be high, you know Konrad will tune where engine is happiest not max numbers, VE will be over 100 throughout just about, there are a few spots that are hard to get over 100 but its gonna be a bad machine! You should have Paul put ports in the top of each tube for tuning, Konrad can dial in each cylinder then like he does on mine. And then with the ports in tubes he can run the knock test when you test drive and make sure timing is happy on each cylinder.

My experience is that a big header and an open exhaust won´t help that much with a stock bike.
There can be some gain, but usually nothing really serious.
If you add some high lift long opening camshafts it is a different game.

Yes. The AFR will probably be far off in some areas.

It is pretty much on the lean side all over. Some more fuel and you will see gains.
