Carpenter 210+ VS 240+ on the street

Do I need a PCV if Carpenter has remapped/tuned the bike?

When I brought my bike in, they told me they drop a custom map with all your essential ECU tweaks onto the bike's computer and then use a PC to fine tune the fueling. If you are getting an "already carpenterized" bike, I would expect it to have the PC already installed and fully tuned. I could, of course, be mistaken... in which case a more knowledgeable captain should chime in any moment and correct me.

My feelings exactly. Turbocharger did the trick for me... 225ft/lbs at only 3400rpm... oh ya!

I had a PCV, they normally supply it, so Bob deducted it off the price.

On the limiter ?? Black lines follow me now, where ever I go. Hard habit to break

Yes forced makes for a torque monster

Mine was 200 ftlb @ 2k & 300 ftlb @ 6k TOO MUCH

Have moved on since then

Power needs to be at higher rpms for racing, easier on drivetrain too.
Sh*t I'm beginning to sound like Art

Hi, go for the 240 kit, got that myself, perfect for touring, showing off, etc.

My LED tach display that runs off the auto-tune module for PCV has shown as high as 9200 rpm when the rev limiter kicked in, not sure I understand your question , nor the black lines following part.

Ahh, burning rubber, came to me after I posted.

I believe Les hit it right on the nose about the rpm band. Another thing I have noticed is you might not ever thought you would need it but once you have the larger rpm span you use it. There is nothing like cruising down the highway when a sport bike or Vrod pulls up on you getting spunky and being able to go down to third gear and rip the tire loose at 70 mph. You should see the look on their faces when you go back up to fifth, raise your helmet and scream at them 'go ahead I'll catch you!!!!!!
Most Harley's that want to race me I let them know I will spot them a block two head start to make it fair
Now as for the sport bike in my area the words out about me and they leave the Millennium Falcon alone. Which is kind of a bummer now
