I wonder how much weight a carillo piston is at 9000rpm on a stroker rocket, Aint but one man on the planet that might be curious, or probably already knows 😉 @R-III-R Turbo

Oh I don't know dude, think it was just under 8000lbs or something. I gave all engine specs to Carrillo and they built the pistons & rods accordingly. I just close my eyes and hope for the best :)
From my own files the stock 8.7:1 2294cc piston assembly was about 515g, and the two sets of turbo stroker pistons were 402g (8.6:1) and 390g (8.0:1) but that's just the piston, no rings pin or locks.
I'm currently running the 8.6:1s to see how it goes with the max boost a C30-94 supercharger will make on a 2472cc engine at 9000rpm (haven't got that far yet, I don't know). I might switch to the 8.0:1s if needed to drop a point or 2 on effective compression ratio.

Could you give us the outside diameter of the shim to fit properly under spring and into piston?
9.5mm .373”, is spring size, with .010” clearance in the piston, 9.5mm min. 9.75mm max.
