Official O-ring dimensions are 26.65 x 2.62, which is ASE size AS568-121

Not sure about the material and hardness, but McMaster-Carr has variations on that size here: McMaster-Carr

(They're supposed to be installed with P-80 or equivalent, as well.)
You have to order 100 of them and shipping is $10.43 (total = $19.58), but I feel confident that is the correct match with stock. Definitely good to know though....

Found out my bike has been leaking oil. It's always "used oil" and I wonder if this could be where it's been going all along- seems likely. It's coming from the gear position sensor and is slow enough that it never drips beneath the bike and may only happen when the bike is running. If so, the oil is running along the crankcase where it is air blown and cooked off.

Occasionally, I would detect the smell of oil, but could never find it. Finally, I laid down under the bike and noticed an oily section on the crankcase. I removed the cover for the starter (above the shifter) and thoroughly cleaned up the entire area. Waited a while and there was no sign of a leak, but after letting it run a couple of minutes I quickly found the culprit.

It takes two o-rings and hoping NAPA might have them, but probably not. They're $1.03/each from Triumph (T3600267) and hopefully in stock. Just glad it wasn't the seal on the torsional damper, which would be a whole different deal 🙏🏼.

If you're mysteriously losing oil you might want to have a look....

Good afternoon, and what is your bike mileage?

My bike uses oil at about the same rate as the OP's. At least I think it is as it the oil level was low when the bike was delivered from the dealer, so part of the half litre I've used to date was topping it up to the correct level to start with, but it's used more since. There's no smoke, no leaks and I've never smelt hot oil. Going in for it's first annual service soon so will mention this to the dealer.
I'll take the starter cover off and take a look at the gear position sensor.
Fortunately the bike is still under warranty.

It's excellent that you located the leak's origin! It may seem a little complicated, but at least the o-rings and not the damper seal are the problem. Hopefully, you can promptly receive the o-rings from Triumph and solve the problem. I'm glad it wasn't a more serious issue.

Update- the o-rings finally came in, but I'm in no hurry to get them as the HF one is holding tight.

The bike IS still using oil, fook me! Lately there is a more pronounced oil smell when I come to a stop at the end of my ride. No smoke, but smells like hot oil. ****ed if I can locate another leak. I just had the tank off recently for a fuel and air filter change and wish that I'd done a careful look around the cam cover gasket.

I may create a new post on this to see how many others have noticed this problem, but thought I'd start here to see if anyone has some thoughts.

Looks like a lot of oil constantly bathing the rear tire. hmmm?
