First post from K9. Been riding since 93. Bike history consists of; Sporster, Valkyrie, Zephyr, Magna, Valkyrie & Rocket. Have a Magna, a Valkie and a Rocket in the garage. Still figuring out the Rocket. Lots of power but has to be muscled into turning. Need practice. Retired to play house, windsurf, ride the motos and take care of the dogs and my Cathy. Live in So East Houston, Clear Lake. Would like to meet some of you out there. Prefer to ride with company. It is much safer. Drop me a message and let's go ride.

Welcome, like you, been riding for a while. Had a number of bikes over the years and bought a roadster last year. Loved the idea of a triple. I had a kawssaki triple when I was younger but it was much smaller. Live in Az. So if you ever make it out this way we can take a ride...Enjoy the rocket...its a blast and welcome again...

Newbie here. Looking at a 2014 left over touring red & black for $14,000.00. Not sure if this is a good price for a Triumph or not. My FLH is about done and I am loosing interest in Harley Davidson at the moment. A friend of mine has a Rocket and he loves it. He has a had a few Harley's and always *****ed about the ones he owned. He is a Kawasaki guy so I dont know why he rides a Harley any ways. Someone let him ride a Triumph and he was hooked. Now I have to listen to him brag about his Rocket. The truth is none of us that ride together can keep up with him and he never has problem with that English Bull Dog of his. He wont let me ride it because he say I ride like Foster Brooks walks. But he let one of the older guys ride it and now he is looking for a Rocket too. Anyway he told me about this forum and I figured I would check it out. Is there some accessories to make it more of a touring bike like a fairing and a touring bag like the Electra Glides have? I am not as interested in making it a hot rod like he is but I do a lot of long distance rides so comfort is a must. Like touring seats and floor boards. Your advice is appreciated. Thats what I thought I did. I was directed to the introduce yourself with an alert, noticed the welcome and responded to it. I did not know I was doing something wrong. I dont usually do much interweb stuff. Sorry if I am causing an issue with my uniformed methods. I will be glad to learn how things work.

Welcome from Cape Cod, MA. I too have had the pleasure of owning a ZR1100, as well as a few others KZ1000, GPz1100, ZL1000 and a ZRX 1200 and several other Kawies. I also had a 2000 Interstate several sportsters and now a Roadster. You are in good company here.

Where are you in Florida? My son lives in Jacksonville and I go there frequently. He works at Bozard Ford, rides Aprilia RV4 and Mustang Shelby.
My R3 might end up in his garage.
