Updated Rocket 3 be Released?

Guys, have you watched the topic on Motorcycle.com?

Rocket 3 Storm R/GT which are souped-up model, is expected being announced.

I guess '6 brand new models & 6 major updates Triumph COO announced' referred on at my first post doesn't mean those whole 12 models would released as 2024 models.
I feel like major update on Rocket 3 is not change of color scheme on MY2024 but launch of Rocket 3 Storm R/GT.

It sounds like a 2025 Rocket 3 TFC. They needed to use up the rest of the titanium valves gathering dust.

So they are going to use up all of the left over parts and add a tune that should have already been in the Rockets while charging you $2K more? They can probably do this a few more times with this engine. When they hit 200 HP you will shell out $4K more. Good times.

who is reporting that? perhaps a rumor because they just released it like 4 years ago. it takes heaps of $$$$ to design release new engine and then setup supply chain vendors, lots of work

The seller of that engine has put on the advert that he has purchased stock direct from Triumph as it is a no longer production engine. Just thought I'd share. Personally I hope its just a sales tactic

I'd be very surprised if Triumph will ever bring out a new ICE Rocket 3.
Most likely the offering from Triumph, going forward from now, will be very small revisions and slight improvements here and there, until the bike as we currently know it, is retired completely. To become perhaps an all new battery powered 'Rocket' model, but that won't be for a few years at least.

My guess would be, say, two to five more years of current Rocket 3 production, unless demand dries up before then.

It must be very tricky for manufacturer's to plan future 'fringe' bikes (i.e. not their main high volume models) due to the legislative push away from fossil fuel power plants.
It would be much easier for them if battery technology was more advanced at this time, but I think, at the moment, things are just that bit more unpredictable.

I think the new 400cc Triumph range will be an important revenue stream for them during this current uncertain period. The Rocket 3 very much less so.
