You will need a larger fuel pump. Cheap and easy. Walbro 345 will go almost straight in. I would advise sticking to less boost than 12 until you sort it. Strongly suggest losing some of the stock 210 psi cranking pressure. As others have said, easy to get power, harder to get reliable.
It's cheaper to do cams, but if you are looking significant boost, you may wish to do forged pistons. Correct on the pump, they're good for over 300hp with boost.

Just bought the Walbro pump.
Forged pistons: Only source I found was JPistons which supply kit of 3 forged. But they come with compression ratio 10.5:1 which make them hi-comp pistons when compared to the stock 8.7:1. Do you know another source for forged low comp pistons?
You mentioned low comp turbo pistons. I find forged ones at JE Pistons, but they are 10.5:1, way over stock 8.7:1. Forged is desirable, but I would think the increased compression would at least zero out the advantage when going forced aspiration
Where did you source your pistons?

Custom made by Carrillo, have a set of 8.0:1 here in a box and am running 8.2:1 at the minute.
That's the CR with a 101.6mm stroke though they would be lower comp when used in a stock 94.3mm stroke 2294cc engine.

Custom made. Was afraid of that. Which probably means JE Pistons becomes the reasonably priced alternative.
Well, I see TTS don't supply forged pistons and mod cam unless you go beyond their Stage 2 kit- whic they claim produce 300 bhp. If I keep the AFR low and reduce boost ambition to 8 psi I hope to avoid disaster
BTW: Highly appreciate your patience (I do get obsessive) and will to share your impressive insight.

Carrillo charge $235 per custom piston and minimum 4 pistons, last time I ordered in 2022.
I get a little discount as I'm set up as a Carrillo dealer, have bought and supplied a few sets of rods and pistons now.
