Nope - they all require some fitting. It's not difficult - I literally used a stainless steel spatula for mine - other than that - it's straight forward

I think the actual boards are the same or similar.
The Classic and Standard rails are different.
The Standard rail carries the boards higher off the pavement, which is awesome if you like working the twisties.

You can't buy the parts seperately any longer from Triumph or a dealer. You would have to do a swap with someone hat wanted the roadster setup. Trust me - I had the last "new" setup in the US and needed a gear shifter. Tracked one down with Triumph USA's help and it was the last "new" one in existence.

I have that same new shifter if anyone is interested.

Triumphstore.com, they seem to have replacement parts or floorboards for classic and standards, don't know if they are cheaper than my local stealer though

While all of the stores (Calmoto, bikebandit, etc...) show them available - they aren't all available. Some are but not all
