You've never tried to shift into 6th?

The extra fuel goes into the HD patented sound. Half the gas makes it move, the other half makes the noise. LOL

I believe I saw this in a post somewhere: "Harley-Davidson, turning gasoline into noise without the harmful side effect of horsepower for over 100 years."

Sure ,but that was only because 5th was too low. I think with the R3 torque they could spread the gear ratios a bit

I guessed as much. I thought the noise from the pipes might be pushing
the bike along
