Mounted cop probably couldn't remember how to write a ticket or a case!!

Lucky boy, cop could have chopped him with dangerous driving.

I wish all Aussie police were mounted on one horsepower pursuit rides, looks like the cop and the horse have eaten a few too many donuts :laugh:
