I will see if i can help
you have saftys clutch switch, nuetral, kick stand switch when all these saftys have been met then the ecu will send the signal to the starter relay so the starter relay will entergize
up to that point you are working good👍
now with the starter relay entergized the current should come in on #30 and go out thru #87 to starter solenoid.
could be not enough volts coming in or bad relay (burnt points in relay) or bad wire to solenoid or connections.
you can make SURE it is in nuetral and with a jumper put bat power into #87 wire. this is supose to crank the motor if you have enough volts.
basicly we are comming in the middle of the problem hopping with this ckeck we will know which way to continue.
hope this helps.

Thank you, I will try that tomorrow and report back

Still need help, so here is what I did. I upgraded to the Guard dawg ingintion system. Now I have a click in the starter relay, but not sending juice to the stater. I have 12v coming into the relay when I hit the starter button. But no juice going to the starter. I read about an issue with the clutch safety switch? I found that pole 85 in the relay is connected to the clutch lever. I have 45 olmns with the level out, and when I pull the clutch in it jumps to 58 olmns. Is this why the relay is not working?
The plug from the solenoid goes into another plug behind engine that comes out of wiring loom & that wiring goes up to the starter relay (black wire).
The plug behind the engine (hard to get at, pic) can cause problems as it gets grubby & makes a bad connection.
I just bypassed that plug & ran a wire from solenoid plug to starter relay black wire.
Solved my starter clicking issues after trying everything else. 🚀

Okay, good idea. Now I just need to figure out how to press the starter button with the clutch lever pulled in and at the same time be in a prone position on the ground where I can see the connections, in the dark, with my one good eye. 🤣
Do like I did and many others. A zip tie on the clutch lever

do you have an alarm on the bike?, just throwing it out there, i had this happening to me last summer on my touring, and it turned out that it was the alarm cutting off the starter, I would hit the start button, and get a loud click and that was it, issue came back to a bad FOB, the FOB battery wouldn't hold a charge so the system on the bike wouldn't let it start

Ok, here is were I am at....
New Battery with 12.4 V
New Digital Guard Dawg Keyless Ignition
New starter 30 amp fuse
New Starter/solenoid
New Starter Relay (from local auto parts store, Not OEM) original relay clicks when I push the starter button, new relay does not click at all (may not be compatible)

Still not starting!

Tests I ran today....
I ran a jumper wire from the Solenoid to the + side of the battery. The bike fired up and purred like a kitten! (good)
Starter Button is sending 11.95 V to the starter relay post #86 (OK)
relay post #87 goes to the starter solenoid with .1 ohms (good)
relay post #30 1.5 ohms to ground (not sure what this means)
relay post #85 42K ohms to ground (not sure what this means)
relay post #87a 1.3M ohms to ground (not sure what this means)
Clutch Safety Switch 1.6M olms at rest and .1 ohms pulled in (good)
Kickstand switch O.L. to .1 ohms (good)
Neutral safety switch (light works) O.L. in neutral and 2 ohms to ground in 1st gear (good)

Does any of these numbers seem off? What else do I need to look for?
