Recommended Exhaust Modifications for Sound

you guys probably already seen these but I just heard about them !!!
 
Here is the next clip of the cross-over I made but these are OEM HD mufflers I have not finished the final mounting but I wanted to post the sound difference for comparison to the aftermarket turn downs which are also for HD. This setup has a deeper sound and allows rider to enjoy XM over the handle bar mounted speakers. JMHO I enjoy the sound of the bike better around town and on the highway.

Since you and D and D have the Tourers covered is there anything you can do to cover us guys on clasics that want to run a 3-1-2 setup utilizing your skill sets here in the US....There is NO ONE to make an aftermarket exhaust system or slip on since D and D bailed last year......

Would save alot of TORS searching and you could make them special order?

Just a thought.....CES and Viking are great but 8000 miles is a long way.

Yes I was working on that system It is very similar to the Roadster but there was never any interest in my work since I was not a large company. If your truly interested let me know and I can resume the process. There is another version by Dain but is 3-1 while what I was doing was keeping the dual exhaust look with improved sound and power. Have not been on the forum for a while. There are actually 3 different versions of the exhaust on YouTube under me OEM HD mufflers, Aftermarket HD mufflers and After market mufflers that I found that fit. Each has a different sound to me like a small block V8 engine. Touring has ECU upgrade and K&N filter.

Just for those out there I went by the D&D location in Dallas a couple months back to see if there was any new systems for our Rockets. Sad thing is the gentleman I spoke with was saying no new R/D being done for Triumph at that point-management decision. I am still looking for a low cost alternative to stock header due to curve coming out of the block but no time invested for over a year now again no interest by other Rocket riders.
 

I want the crossover so I can run Bub Reinhardt cans.
 
answered on pm. As long as they have the dual top mounting sites will fit.
 
Greg Yes it can be done I am digging out the paperwork and looking at the crossover for the Classic. Looks like a 3-1-2 would be do able problem I see is aftermarket mufflers but trial and error some hd's off one of the smaller versions might work. I would need an old crossover to verify fit. will take a bit to get production back up. Had not looked at cross over for almost a year due to lack of interest. I can get a ball park cost later this week then update me. Thanks for the interest.
 
I have the stock D&D set up and its not very loud but a lot nicer sound than stock. It was retuned by my dealer for those pipes and it never pops when I let off and runs strong. Nice upgrade.
