ramair cracked

BUGGER, hope you get it sorted for the rest of the weekend

K&N's be my move mate. Get you back on the road ..and down to the Island. Hassle for a refund from Ramair after the races .. just my thoughts. Good luck with it and try not to let it get the better of you mate.

Well thanks for the support fella's , i got up early this morning with a clear head and lifted the tank re-checked all connections and hose's all good . But put the little black vacuum hose back into its clip lowered the tank and hit the starter and bang off she went so i guess i may have pinched off the vacuum hose or something but all fine . Did the 12min tune thing and then pluged in the tune ecu and deleted the error code . then quickly got dressed and went to the island bike ran fantastic and no more of that induction roar from the ramair which obviously got louder because of the massive tears in them . So i am just going to get a K&N for the std airbox and be happy with it from now on .

Glad you got back on the road at least! The induction roar is one reason I'd want the Ramair, to be honest, in addition to the performance upgrade potential. My bike is currently just a little bit too polite even for me, and I dislike really loud bikes.

Wow ! Triumph makes rubbers ? I guess once I rolled one on, you would only read "MPH" but that's still pretty cool

Dave stick with the factory paper filter. No real benefit with the K&N under seat. Paper filter keeps the air cleaner going into the engine.
