Radiator and Clutch cover removal video

cannot see anything from just looking at the engine as is , do I have to remove the exhaust? is it on the rear face of the motor or to the side close to the frame to engine bolt? when you write "under the exhaust header" do you mean below or behind because I cannot see anything remotely looking like a flat spot with numbers an d i used a BIG flashlight!!
No you have all three header pipes joining into one. follow it back to the first elbow down its right under where the elbow turn down engraved in the case right between the ribs on the top of the engine block you do not have to pull any shields. Let me knwo if you do not find it and I will take a picture and post it for you.

Here you go you can see the location do not mind the dirt she is in dry dock :)

got it !
I expected a shiny plate and not just a spot on engraving ..it is so hard to decipher and read under various lights I can barely make the following seems like I have "COOL 6826798" what do you make of this???? I must have the first black motor hence the"COOL" before the number

O think its actually C00L meaning zeros instead of the letter O but hey Cool sounds better :)

you did not have to rain on my parade !! I will stick to "cool" I looked at it very carefully and applied some colored paste to enhance the detailed engraving it is plainly "COOL" anyway since it was an 2006 bike originally yellow with tribal accent I guess the factory figured on putting a contrasting color for the engine ?
in any case I have yet to get any troubles with some of the problems causing triumph to upgrades some of the parts down the line or maybe this motor has already some of the upgrades ..unknown to me??
