Question about Noise while releasing clutch

I have the same noise as in de video when driving off after cold start.
It has been there since i bought the bike last year with 39000 km on the odometer
So very interrested i the outcome of the dealer.

I'm not worried much because it goes away as soon as the engine warms up. But still interested in the explanation.

its like a judder/jitter/ some gears stuff trying to catch up, correct? but sometimes even when bike is cold it doesnt happen, often it does,
maybe its something to the position of gears inside engine when we park bike,

reminds me of when we put in gear 1 there is sound of gear engaging which is normal all on bikes which doesnt happen all the time as well
so perhaps this engine has something like that, you have 39000km and nothing broke so may its not an issue

The service manager informed me today that they needed my authorization to start working on my bike and that Triumph would pay for it if something is found amiss, if they don't find anything I would have to pay for it which may very well be standard warranty legalese. He did agree with me that they never had a bike make that noise before and they can hear as well as feel it so they should be able to get started on it tomorrow. Either way I'm not paying for it and they either fix it or give me a new bike. I didn't pay all that money for a bike that squeals.

Dealer got the warranty claim approved already with triumph, there should be no question of paying after that, As far I know and understand, First Triump Dealer gets approval and then Triumph approves warranty case which means $$$ is already paid for.

The bike has been at the dealer since Friday before last so I can't take any video.

I topped of the oil (needed about a liter) the shaking is getting less every start since.
But I did manage to capture the sound and shake on film… it also hapens when taking off in second gear. But less.

I am not going to say it right now because I dont want to break the party hat little too soon but I think i have figured the solution for this problem, Its been 3 days and its almost gone, happening only 1% of the time but maybe the weather is in 20+C thats why? I want to verify in lower temperature and then I will put the solution out. it cost me around 100$ and DIY 1 hour of labor

Since Triumph is taking their sweet time with this and seem to be unwilling to give the dealer any kind of answer they are putting things back together so I can get my one and only bike back and ride. The warranty case will remain in limbo for now but I will call Triumph customer service on a regular basis going forward until they either sack up and state that this is normal, which I doubt they'll do, or authorize a full clutch pack replacement. I still have almost 2 years of warranty left so a little clutch chatter on occasion is tolerable until this is resolved. And resolved it will be, one way or another.

So they opened it up, and found nothing wrong? Or did not replace because of no warrenty issues? I dont understand…

Mine has a little bit of a judder, especially when cold, but I don't think as bad as in the two posted videos. When you (or the dealer) gets to the 20k service they'll be right there at the clutch in order to bleed the fluid. That might be the time to investigate further....
