Well Scorp no good thrashing ya self for something in the past mate.. you didn't and now it's history...

So. have ya thought about removing the Jewlery? incase its Cactus, if the other party assesor claims it for disposal ya gonna loose even more.

Feel sure they will only want to pay market value and then there will be a long court battle trying to get payment for extras..... What you reckon..

I am pretty sure they can't take owner ship of an un insured 3rd prty claim, but I will check this out, I have loads of customers that are insurance assessors.

Apart from the brand new tyres and exhaust, most other add ons are irrelevent. The exhaust could use a new middle header pipe and muffler so....what happens happens. At least I can still sit here and communicate not joined to tubes. I have to admit one thing I have found out, all you guys are better than great. I am blown away with all this.

if you dont get any joy from the fella that hit you and you need parts to fix your bike let us know what you need.

Yep, I'd be trying to get that exhaust off at least and anything else you've got plugged in. As long as you can put the original bits with the bike there should be no problem.

Ric says pipe can be repaired or whatever. Mail me a photo ( good one) of your engine damage. they still make welders, no way would you buy new cases for 10K if thats what they are. There will be a solution. remember the guy with sand in his engine,.... thats fixed. Hows the ribs
