Since it was on my way to work it is workers comp and the guy I hit phoned 000 for ambulance so police turned up as well and took all details. Work comp said they would mate up their claim with the police report and my neighbour is in traffic of the division looking after that crash and he is assisting as well.

Compo is good, but won't cover the bike I wouldnt think:confused:

Just over 1 week on and I think last night and today was my worst. I twisted last night and felt my broken rib crunch. It has done that before when trying to lay down but it seems it doesn't want to go back to how it was. Seeing doc tomorrow. My fear is it healing in the wrong position....on thinking of how my back rib was broken I thought it might have been the rear seat back rest collecting me on the way through. Another day tomorrow..

Ouch. Went through that sort of feeling with a broken collar bone once; could feel the ends of the bone grinding on each other. As with ribs, can't immobilise them. But it will come good. Hang in there.

Slowly slowly. Back to work doing light duties next week. Havent done much with bike. Just getting quotes for things. One which is pricey is to get the bike from Perth to Nevilles so if anyone knows of any good reliable transport companies don' t be shy....can't wait to get back on the girl. Hmmmm, expecially after a few tweeks from Nev as well:)
