Once upon a time some intrepid explorers were heading to Colorado for an RAA meet up. Along the way they visited Watcher in Indiana and stayed overnight (great BBQ) meeting Tripps and his buddy Dave. four of us left Adam's house picking up Warp along the way. That evening Tripps bike locked up its gearbox in St Louis rush hour and he and Dave were preparing to end the trip and rent a truck to get home to New York. A phone call to Lupe changed that to "truck the bike here and continue to Colorado on my Harley"
5 of us arrived at Lupe's place in Tulsa and we were fed (yes Scott you got menudo)and had a place to sleep. The following morning we headed out now 8 strong with Tripps on a Harley picking up various miscreants along the way into Montrose. There were several adventures along the way some of which I have on film and should publish one day including but not limited to tornadoes and brake repairs.
I write this simply to illustrate what kind of guy our mexican friend is.
