I hear you! Corruption has has held Mexico down. Not that
China is not corrupt...Mexico could of had China's Econ growth and cost less to ship to US. Tourist industry employees 100s of 1000s which is good. Amazing the number of affluent Mex. I see at resorts. Nevertheless middle class is still small. Downtown PV and Christmas is alive and well. For many all thay have is family and holidays. Time to move on...no wifi for a while.
Weather has improved in Wa. Almost warm for a ride
 
I live in remote area with lots of trees around. They are all frozen and breaking apart under the weight of the ice and they make a thunderous cracking sound when the wind blows and breaks the trees apart. It's insane!

Ran around on the bike again today (100+ miles) picking up several things before the holidays shut things down.

A front is coming through tonight, and it'll be a bit cooler for a week or so.

For your info, Mexico just had the "honor" of been named the most corrupt country in Latin America by Forbes Magazine
 
Up date..........

Sunday....I was.........complaining about how Hot and Humid it was here.....79* F

Now it is ....24* F outside right now..........told ya it would change in a few days....
