If they'd sell it in a more affordable gallon jug I might give it a try someday. Yes, people that use it seem to think it's magical.

I'm not an oil fanatic (they'll be along shortly ;-), but, personally, I wouldn't go with an unknown brand. It says they mix oil and additives from various factories, so it may not even be consistent. The price isn't really that low either.
By the ounce I think Liquid Moly is less expensive
and for just a few cents more/ounce you can go with Motul 7100 which is excellent.

Not the dreaded oil controversy again! Use factory recommended oil...period! 15W/50 1 4T synthetic.

I have been using AMsoil in my Rocket and it’s been great. Any good quality Synthetic will be more than fine. For me I want a synthetic because it can really sit over winter and not get corrosive with how long the winters are here in Calgary so that’s why I overspend on oil for peace of mind. I never cheap out on oil, gas and tires.

You absolutely can't go wrong there, BUT Triumph changes "factory recommended" according to their arrangement with distributors. For oil it used to be Castrol, then changed to Mobil one. With tires and the 2.5s it was Avon Cobras, but now the Metzlers are "recommended." Point is... don't get too caught up in that. No harm switching if the specs are right....

So since no one seems to make a top brand quality full synthetic 15W-50 4T motorcycle oil other than Amsoil apparently, I'm actually thinking about joining that cult. The youtubers pushing that stuff definitely seem a bit odd and are trying way too hard. The BMW Advantec Pro my dealer uses is semi-synthetic and when I do my next oil change I want to start using full synthetic. So what options are there that people here use?

BUT.. I have a 2010 Touring. Apparently for the new 2.5 Rockets they recommend a different weight.

Yeah, they recommend 15W-50 which is the problem.

I went and ordered the Motul 7100 15W-50 Full Synthetic since that is a known top brand with quality products. Mobil used to make one but apparently discontinued it and Castrol doesn't make one either.
