Lowering the R3 2500

Hello
I need suggestions to lower the r3 2500
I am 5.6 and I am coming from VROD that is much lower
I love this bike but I am struggling every stop light .
hi Mevorach
why not go see an MX suspension specialist? They are used to modifying suspensions and are generally equipped to do what you want in height, softness, hardness, etc.
This will prevent you from having a saddle as hard as wood if you remove the foam...

I am not familiar with MX . I don't think we have here suspension specialist

lower the bike is an option, that said it’s already very low.
moreover it will significantly reduce lean angle and you will have to run a very stiff suspension setup.
I’m 5’75” (1.75m) with 34” inseam and flatfoot easily. sit forward when static on the bike, further back when riding.
The GT seat will help!
best wishes

How about modifiying the seat?
I am 5'4" tall, riding R.
I asked a professional to modify seat like adding about 15mm of urethane to make the center flat so that the buttocks would not sink into the seat. Also, I had the corners on the left and right sides of the front part scraped off so that may legs could straight down.
I have been riding the bike around 4 years then 11000km without falling.
