I just installed a pair or lEDs over the weekend. Haven't ridden at night yet but they do good in the daylight.:roll::roll:
Pics as soon as i figure out how to upload from phone file.

Ordered them. Installed. No opportunity to aim or ride, except with low beams aimed way too low. Optimal aiming to see a deer at the last second, so they can take a ride with you.

Do not install these on a gravel crushed rock surface. The screws/nuts holding the bezel on the headlamp shell: Good luck finding replacements.

Used screws from Fastenal, black oxide. Reduced head size with dremel. Have hex head and easier to install.

Got to get a new horn. Hard to say whether lights or horn are worse on rocket...

Dang, won't ship to my area :(

I'd be happy to help out. If you buy them and have em shipped to me in Toronto I know of a company that ships reasonably ( about 50% off the Fedex and UPS quote) anywhere using Fedex and UPS but they ship in bulk and pass on the discount. Check Secureship.com. I shipped my roadster stock exhausts to Australia using these guys and it took 4 days from my place to Sydney. I also shipped a seat off my Honda Fury to Memphis for half the going rate in 4 days.Great service.

A wee bit more specific please, my Dad was from Kilsyth and my Mum was from Condorrat I was the first one born in Fife[/QUOTE] I went to school in Kilsyth .Small world.

Goodonya for upgrading the pispoorest MC headlights on earth!!!
LOL thats funny my stock classic has brighter and better lighting than several other bikes that ride with us BUT IM going to improve them with the LED replacements

If you can find a place to mount it go with the split sound blaster from Whitehorse.

If you're looking for a horn go to twisted throttle and get a Denali sound bomb.

I got one but couldn't find a good place to fit it on the Rocket, ended up putting it on my wee Bonnie Black. I LMFAO when some inattentive SUV gets a blast from me thinking they missed some 18 wheeler rig.

What I have done is adjust mine 1° below level and 1.5° right with the high beams.
Has worked well for me for a couple years with limited oncoming flashes. I do dip on dark country roads.
Word from my light guru, one of the foremost authorities in the US, is "Drive with your high beams until you can't."
Can not impress enough the advantage of high beams. Like 95% of ped and animal impacts occur with only low beams turned on!
