Is the Rocket III for me? Hi from Canada!

What he didn't understand was that if we REALLY don't like you - we remind you to finish off your afternoon of detailing your Rocket with a nice coat of tire dressing!

In Dayglo pink I hope.

This said I have a confession to make - I use those tyre pens - to mark the wear bars - No pen , time to change tyre.

Maybe he doesn't know that you only have to worry if Ozzers STOP talking to you.

As long as they're insulting the crap outa you, you know things are fine.........

Theres nothing wrong with asking, people come onto my M109 forum all the time asking if they should by a M109 based on what their current needs are. For example, if a sports bike rider comes on the forum and has never ridden a cruiser before, and wants to take a Rocket or M109R on the twisty roads of wherever and race Yamaha R1's, then yeah we are going to NOT recommend it based on those needs.

.

How come no one picked up on this? If someone came on here and said he wanted to buy a Rocket to take on R1s I reckon we'd all wish him luck and ask for an update on how long he was able to stick with them. We're not professional racers for *** sake. And besides, just because some one rides an R1 or a Busa or whatever, doesn't mean they can ride for sh#t. A Rocket in the right hands is a formidable weapon, and so probably is a 109 (maybe).

This bloke was a tosser and a sook. Hope he comes back.....

I couldn't be bothered reading it all again .. did he actually realise that I didn't say I thought his yellow Suzuki was 'ugly' .. maybe just a tire-kicker and trolling around , who knows. Think he took our comments , advise and suggestions the wrong way. Imagine if he would of posted a pic of his bright yellow GOLDWING and tried to convince us how "beautiful" it was ..reckon he got off easy now that I think about it ..hahahahaha.

Gawd help him over there! He may be back yet :)

@OP, if you are reading this still , the trick is to not take anything from a rocket owner too seriously...you'll understand once you give it full beans on one ;)
