I had sold my 2020 Rocket 3R in the spring and bought a Diavel V4. Well 2 weeks into ownership it left me stranded when the engine over heated due to faulty radiator fans. I never could gel with the bike and I missed my Rocket and really regretted it. Got a great deal on a new 2023 Chrome 3R being that’s it’s winter here and dealerships are more willing to give great deals. Sold the Ducati to someone who really wanted one. The build quality, suspension and torque was no where as refined as the Rocket. Learned my lesson if it ain’t broke don’t fix it.

😅 I guess the grass is not really more green on the other side of the fence. Welcome back. I’ve looked at Ducati and KTM but I’ve never bailed on the Rocket to get one. Honestly if I wanted either or both I’d just get them and keep the TFC. It’s not that I have unlimited money but I just still love the Rocket.

Dr D's theme song is.... "These boots aren't made for walking..."

They're made for Rockets... :)

welcome back, once you go rocket you cant really go back to something else. Love your choice of Chrome.

I think its a complete package of all other bikes, sports, cruiser, muscle cruiser

I rode my friends brand new BMW M1000R on highway for couple hours and he rode my rocket 3R and it was good experience for me but he said he would have bought rocket if he had rode it before. We dont need to drop gears regardless of speed

Honestly I regretted my decision after the first week of ownership. Way too narrow, im a bigger dude and it just was not comfortable. The seat was agonizing like a sports bike seat. It was as uncomfortable as my old 1199. I don’t understand all the reviewers raving about it. The steering feels insanely weird and vague in the front forks. The build quality is horrendous. The suspension is AWFUL. The reliability is obviously bad as I experienced. For me anyway the way the rocket delivers power and how comfortable it is especially for a 6 foot rider is unmatched. Lesson learned let’s just hope they don’t put out a refreshed model this spring haha

This was totally on me though.. I was impulsive and I learned my lesson.
