Has anyone rode one of these?

I'm continually surprised how most of these conversations drift toward Harley Davidson in some form or another. Other than the R3T, which is a pretty blatant copy of the Road King, I don't see how folks relate Rockets to Harleys. To me the more logical comparison would be to the Diavel, the V-Max, or to the new Valkyrie.

As to the new Indian, I wish the company well. Their bikes neither fit my wallet nor do they appeal to me from a riding standpoint. But, as they say, to each his own.

A 1500 horizontal opposed engine.
I disagree Amigo - just my opinion.
A newer Goldwing would be a challenge all things being equal.
But it's a tour model??? hah hah
I owned a Valk and it didnt hold a candle to the Rocket if it did I would still own one

My Valks ( i had 3) handled as well as the R3T and the last one would run with it and I bought it for $9999, brand new in the crate.

Do they make good tires for the Valkyrie?

I'll never understand why some people can't ride more than one type of bike, that thinking is very asinine

I do not think it's the bike brand in reference here, Elvis!
