Some come out very easy and cost $85 each. They rough one require gum and bone cutting with removing the tooth and roots in sections with bone recontouring and soft tissue suturing. $500 each.
Just got done mustering up the courage to set up this map after digging through all 50-some pages of this mammoth thread! Just curious how long you guys have been running it without issue, particularly folks that just set it and forgot it without a follow-up dyno tune...

Both our bikes have exhaust modifications done by the same engineer...cat box removed and a boom box made and installed...exterior looks the same as original.
In saying that, my previous 2020 GT has this tune in it with the stock exhaust and runs real smooth too....its owned by a cobber of mine.

That definitely puts my mind at ease a bit. Tapping into my bike's potential is a boon, but I'm also hoping to cool things down a bit after fitting the Werkes pipes. Judging from the handful of users I've seen on here with the same setup it looks like Penner's map places things comfortably towards the rich end.
