i am going on mine 2007 so it might be different.
mine has a cap.

Mine is a 2014 but I think they look the same. Doe's your cap pull off leaving the chrome tube still in the diff unit?

Thanks for the suggestion. I thought it was gonna be an easy job. Not looking like it now.

the last time i looked at it it seems to me like u could take a bottle opener and pop the lid off.
but u might break the part off at the base.
i think my cap is loose and can rotate i can check and let u know tomorrow if i don't forget.

Thanks, I would appreciate it. I do not think mine rotates. I am worried about damage and snapping it and making the situation worse.
