Yeah, second on Decosse's outstanding communication, been a strong influence on the rat boards, and now is producing a fantastic product that adds a lot of functionality.

Scroll up to the top of the page. Among the icons to the right (the flag and whatnot) is a small envelope icon. Click that, choose "Start new conversation".
Enter the name of the person you want to have a private conversation with - in this case DEcosse, you only have to write a few letters of that like "deco" and it will find him in the user database - and then you just write your headline and your message.

Ken really knows his stuff and the quality of the final product is something you have to see to appreciate. Top notch all the way around and did I mention that Ken's a great guy too? lol - seriously, offered to call and walk us through any issues we may experience but there were NONE. Very easy and great customer service.

I was his first that wanted the PDM60 and been lovin' it ever since!
Can be a little confusing at the beginning and I recommend keeping the instructions with you - at least for awhile . . .
