Another reason why the PCV is used as it intercepts the signal to the injectors allowing max pulse width ratio to run at 100%. something tune boy or tune ecu can not change so intercept the signal after the ecu and adjust from there. I'd be curious to see the numbers using their new baffle in there pipe to see how much is lost. It seems to be even smaller then mine. I see from your numbers his torque has dropped since the first beast he built which were the 240 kits in fact thats all they had at that time.It's just been really bugging me about the 2" primary thing, I needed to math it out for myself to clearly see if it is in-fact beneficial or an ego thing.
A thought just occurred to me, the stock injectors are REALLY at the ragged edge with the 265 kit and Brute.
330cc @ 80% duty cycle
330cc * 1.2 (to find 100% duty) = 396cc
396cc * 3 = 1188cc
75 L/hr = 1250cc
soooo technically they're a tiny bit too small![]()
