I was considering the 210 package.
Without the VP12 and with air filters, I was willing to go to something over 200 RWHP with my CES . . . if possible.

I think having the Carpenter exhaust would be least critical on the 210 package compared to the 240 or 265, it wouldn't need to move as much air, right?
IMHO - an actual dyno be WAY better than a flash. I'd suggest you do your intake (Ramair) & exhaust first, get a sufficient tune to download & then make the reasonable ride to WA and see Nels at Two Wheel Dyno Works.
