Yes, stock exhaust. I don't think aftermarket exhaust makes much difference in power. the restriction is in the headers.

I can't say. All bike are different. we made some fuel changes and went to 7500 rpm. I'm not familiar with that tune.

I’m sure they derestricted the electronic throttle at the top end. Penner also did this as well as adding some fuel in the mid range.

The tuner change some fuel mapping but don't know what was changed. No timing changes. Most changes were on electronic throttle map.
