That seems like a great tune ..can you share a little more about the process ? Did you have to buy any hardware for the tuners to be able to modify the ECU before hand ?

Bought and used Woolich tuning hardware and software. put everything on my laptop, and he tuned her using all my equipment. Showed me how to make tune files and make simple adjustments if I wanted to play with it.
all dynos are calibrated differently, so richard TTS supercharger dyno showing 330hp may show 300hp at other dyno on other side of the world. All bikes are built same and all penner tunes are same so all numbers should be same and if they are not then its dyno which are not calibrated or calibrated differently.
Like Penner said... Those numbers are typically achievable with a de-restrict ( i.e. over-riding the stock throttle opening restriction in 5th & 6th gear)
I think it's important, however, to ensure that the fuel/air mixture is tuned well across the whole range, so that it's not running too weak...or too rich.

I remember Paul from TTS saying on his vid about mapping a supercharged Rocket that the air intakes produce a ram-air effect at speed so he decided not to lean the mixture out too much on the dyno at a standstill.
I'm taking mine to BHPUK in Burnley in the spring when I've bought a pipe for it.
