1st Service rippoff

I'm sure by "free" they meant the labor was free. Sounds like they just charged you for the replacement fluids, but I could be off base. I paid full price for labor and all for my first service, but then again the shop I had been going to has caused me a bit of heartache as well as starving my wallet.

the worst thing is when you have to check your oil after servicing ... a certain triumph dealer 1st service then every second service after that only filters the oil but charges for new.. I ordered 2 5l oils thru them to service my bike myself.. discovered they gave us a 5l and a 4l.. when we realised and rang them their reply was "trying to save oil as we didn't need to use it all" and yes they did get abused and I will only ever deal with them if I cant get parts cheaper online

Not the first service but certain/only triumph stealer in alb.did service on my 07 conviently returned mine at closing time on weekend after having for 2 days ran like sh*t called wife to bring truck&trailer (2and half hours away)ended up taking to arizonia found out it was couple marks off on timing how they did that would have been really pia to put back together from what I saw.best people I have dealt with opened their own shop after leaving a dealer (2 guyes garage in chandler az.)

If you can't believe or trust what they tell you, take your do re me ($) elsewhere.
So if they tell you nothing's wrong w/ your bike for a warranty claim... you can't believe 'em.
Not good!
Screw 'em.
