Your mirrors

Maybe he wasn't pacing you...just debating with himself whether your bike or his cruiser could win the race
 
Kuryakyn Magnum Plus mirrors, long-stemmed, convex glass. Conventional but they work.

 
I have the Kuruakyn skeleton hands on my Roadster and the Rivco ones with turn signals built in on the standard. Rivcos are the best

The Rivco signal mirrors are the BEST IMO.
Have used them for three years and 20K+ miles without incident.
I have even eliminated the fugly front signals.
Correction:
I looked up those KiWAV. The new ones have a larger front LED signal than the Rivco and they are much cheaper! I'd try these now ifn I needed another set.
